Great coffee, classic Chai and a casual vibe are all enhanced by the friendly staff. The owners and managers are a team of three beautiful sisters – Natalie, Bridget and younger sister Sarah is there part time. The capable and friendly head Barrista, Sam is Natalie’s fiancee.
Cool music, cook books, mags, flowers and a comfortable decor make this my favourite post yoga haunt for a coffee or chai. The food is delicious, wholesome, and made with care and love daily.
Fresh from the oven muffins, Spanakopita, and other delights grace the counter daily along with sensational salads, soups and more. Some breakfast faves are the Avocado Toast with parmesan, truffle oil and poached eggs, Roast Field Mushroom stack with roast tomato, poached eggs and pesto and the Potato & Zucchini Rosti with Smoked Salmon, cream cheeses and a poached egg – all superb!
Situated on High Street just a block down from Chapel opposite Swinburne, this gem really cares – about the coffee (one of only a few using Campos beans in Melbourne) the service and the food.
This sisters are genuinely lovely, friendly girls that know food and coffee and are passionate about their business. They’ve built this little icon up from scratch with love and care, and it shows in all aspects of the business.
